Pictures at Portrait Innovations

Okay everyone, I am not usually one to jump on the corporate bandwagon, but I just have to share with those of you who are sick of the traditional portrait studio experience, just how wonderful a job Portrait Innovations did with Ethan's Easter/2 year pictures! Not since his 3 month pictures has Ethan smiled this much for the camera. The guy doing the photos made E feel so comfortable, and boy does it show! By the end of the shoot, Ethan was tackling the guy and bursting into laughter. If anyone would like some of these pics, I got the cd, and enough photos to wallpaper a room, so just let me know, and I'll get you some.

I wanna be like Daddy!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DADDY!!!!! WE LOVE YOU!

Ethan's communication has recently just boomed, and he seems more and more excited about life and spending time with and learning things from his Daddy! Perhaps the terrible twos are over....knock on wood. The time-outs are rare now, and Ethan just seems more content these days. Halleujah!

Obviously we had to make another "clean" batch to give away to Roy's coworkers and our friends and neighbors.

Roy and I decided last year that we wanted to build a rock retaining wall around some flowerbeds in our front yard. We are just now getting to it. Roy did a great job, and everyone has complimented him on it! Ethan really got into the job too, hauling small stones to Daddy in his wagon.

Ethan is now enrolled in a soccer class with Daddy. He seems to be a natural, just running after the ball like a champ! Never mind where the ball goes, Ethan is right behind it (even if it's in the next field!).
